we are a security company based in Bandar Baru Bangi. Established since year 2002. We are currently looking for an Account Executive for our company .
The criteria are as below :
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
-At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Able to operate accounting software, preferably UBS
-Must be computer literate
-Preferably Junior / Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
-Full-Time position available.
-Immediate vacancy.
-Salary will commensurate with experience and qualification.
RESPONSIBILITY:
-Handle full set of accounts
-Responsible for daily operations of Accounts Payable & Receivable
-Manage cash flow , inclusive of payables & receivables
-Perform bank & other reconciliations
-P & L reporting
-Assist in preparing monthly management accounting statement, analysis & report.
-Verification of invoices , payments & journal entries
-Ensure all documents are filed accordingly.
-Prepare audit schedules & tax schedules
-To liase with external auditors , tax agent & external parties
-Must have initiative and able to meet tight deadline
-Perform any other duties & assignments that may be assigned from time to time
