1. TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities
-Preparing electrical specifications, price estimations, drawings, quotation documents and tender documents for all electrical projects
-Assist to advertise electrical projects or invite contractors and conduct site visit
-Assist in evaluating of quotation/ tender results based on price, specification fulfillment, registrations etc
-Assist in preparing Letter of Acceptance or Purchase Order and check on performance bond and insurances in accordance to PBAPP’s contract procedure for all electrical works
-Assist in supervising electrical projects progress by conducting site meeting, quality check and measurements
-Assist in ensuring all electrical projects complies to PBAPP’s EHS policy and procedures
-Assist in preparing project progress claim and final claims for all electrical projects
-Assist in establishment schedule of rate for electrical parts and works
Requirements
-Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Electrical Power) (approved by MQA)
-At least 2 years’ experience in electrical installations design and site supervision
-Experience in preparing electrical specifications, price estimation, drawings, quotation and tender documents is an added advantage
-Good theoretical and practical knowledge on electrical maintenance and installation calculation and design
-Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications
-Proficient in both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-Good leadership and ability to lead subordinates in any situation
-Positive attitude, highly initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
