1. Chargeman

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize and implement a comprehensive program (including both corrective and preventive activities) to ensure all mechanical and electrical installation of the facilities.
  • Liaise with relevant Authorities and vendors to ensure compliance of the relevant OSHA / EIA Act, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, Jabatan Bomba and other governing bodies.
  • Lead and manage a team of wiremen/ technicians & facility resources to provide effective and reliable support services for all plant machineries, equipment and facilities.
  • Schedule planning including electrical system inspection and quality check regards on company requirement and specification.
  • Attend to mechanical and electrical breakdown, trouble shooting and provide regular monthly or yearly maintenance.
  • Supervise and coordinate with third party contractor to carry out maintenance work and supervise work progress to ensure work is completed on time.
  • Prepare and submit monthly report related to assign job function.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Chargeman HT and Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) qualifications or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on working experience as Chargeman HT in maintaining electrical equipment and devices with experience in trouble shooting and maintenance of plant electrical installation.
  • Able to work independently, possess integrity and a right sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in the maintenance of preventive and calibration of all M&E equipment and maintenance of the building structure.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.

2. Interior Designer

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all the interior design projects under PNB and/or ASNB.
  • To undertake preliminary design concept and cost estimates for the projects, in line with the budget, and submission for approval.
  • To undertake tendering process up to the appointment of the interior design contractors.
  • To undertake site supervision and claim verification to ensure that the works are carried out in accordance to specification and contract.
  • To review the proposals by the externally appointed interior designers for the projects (where relevant) for design uniformity and cost effectiveness.
  • To coordinate and oversee the roles of the externally appointed interior designers and the integration with the roles of other appointed consultants so as to ensure the success of the projects.

Requirements
  • Possess a recognized Degree in Interior Design or any other relevant qualification from accredited universities.
  • Minimum 15 years working experience in handling interior design related projects from design to implementation for wide range of projects.
  • Possess good leadership skill with excellent organization and management skills.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
  • A good team player, highly motivated and independent.

3. Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all QS services for projects under PNB and/or ASNB:
  • To undertake preliminary cost estimate for budget approval.
  • To undertake the in-house tendering process up to the appointment of the contractors and consultants.
  • To undertake contract administration and claim verification to ensure that the works are carried out in accordance to specification and contract and reflecting the actual progress at site.
  • To review the proposals and tender process by the externally appointed consultants for the projects (where relevant)
  • To ensure costs effectiveness, contract uniformity and the process of the project undertaken is in line with company’s policy and procedures.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor in Quantity Surveying or other related discipline from a recognized University.
  • At least 15 years working experience in quantity surveying works for projects ranging from costs estimation, tender preparation, contract administration and claim verification for wide range of projects.
  • Well verse in typical contract used for projects in Malaysia and must be able to advise Management on contract related matter.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, mature and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Well organized and details oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
