1. Assistant Manager - IT QA and Compliance (Contract)

Responsibilities:
-Establish, monitor and review QA plan for IT projects and current IT practices
-Establish, monitor and review Compliance to IT regulatory requirements, IT Policies and Procedures, IT -Security policy and Guideline for IT areas as well as projects
-Conduct periodic review of IT current practices against QA Plan and Compliance requirements
-Coordinate and prepare responses to internal and external audit, compliance and other related party
-Develop, implement and monitor key IT policies, standards and procedures that underscore the necessary controls and governance required for the effective management of Information Technology
-Support Section Head, in the coordination and development of IT Strategic Plan and its periodic updates
-Coordinate and document all process improvement activities within IT Department
-Communicate the changes and deploy planned improvements by providing staff awareness and orientation training on the use of these processes
-Objectively review and evaluate performed processes, work products, and services against the applicable process descriptions, standards, and procedures
-Identify and document non-compliance issues; provide feedback to project staff and ensure that non-compliance issues are addressed
-Develop and maintain knowledge base on IT Department approved policies, standards and methodologies
-Perform reviews and internal audit works for compliance to processes for all projects or enhancements.
-Monitor that IT Department staff training proposals are aligned to the staff development plan as outlined in -IT training roadmap
-Perform other duties as and when required by the Section Head

Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in relevant fields, and in possession of relevant professional qualification fulfilling the regulatory requirements (if any)

-Minimum 5 years of working experience in information technology related industries, with good professional ethics and occupational track records

-Strong communication skills, written and oral
